• Must provide truthful and accurate information

3 Account Registration & Verification

• Provide accurate personal details during registration
• Upload mandatory documents: Aadhaar Card, Education Certificate, Company Offer Letter, Income Proof
• Verify email/phone via OTP
• Profile activated only after admin approval of documents

4 Profile Guidelines

• All information must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date
• Photos must be clear, recent, and show your face
• No misleading information about age, education, or income
• No inappropriate or offensive content
• No contact details in the bio section

5 Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake or fraudulent profiles
• Uploading false or forged documents
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members
• Using the platform for non-matrimonial purposes
• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots or scrapers

6 Subscription & Payments

• Free plan has limited features; premium plans unlock more
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We may modify pricing with prior notice
• Payments are processed through secure gateways

7 Reporting & Blocking

Report users who violate terms (fake profile, harassment, etc.). Block users from viewing your profile. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

8 Limitation of Liability

Hindustan Weds is a platform for connecting individuals. We do not guarantee the accuracy of profiles, the outcome of interactions, or that you will find a match. We recommend independent verification before making marriage decisions.

9 Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may delete their account anytime. All data will be removed within 30 days of deletion.
